Overall, my stay at this hotel was very good. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. There are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, making dining very convenient. Additionally, the train station is within walking distance, which makes travel around the city hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its central location, cleanliness, and convenience.

Stayed for a work related trip and my stay was comfortable.
The staffs were very friendly, very helpful when I was in need. It is quite close to the train station, and the road where the hotel is situated is surrounded with various restaurants so the overall atmosphere was more safe and secure than the rest of the road. The room was clean, furnished with everything that we needed during our stay.

Simply put, I do not recommend it.
I booked a single room, and it was a floor where the only access was by stairs.
The stairs were like an emergency staircase, and the lights didn't even work.
The check-in machine was broken. The entrance had many defects, such as not opening even when you swipe your card.
In the end, my room key didn't even close properly. This is unacceptable as a hotel.
It is relatively cheap, but it does not have even the most basic amenities.
The room was hot even in early May, and although there was a fan, it would be hopeless to spend a full summer in this room.
It says that there is luggage storage, but I was told to come by 2pm to pick it up.

Very clean, large room and nice bathroom. Allow a little time to check in at the machine. Perfect value for money in a top location near the train station, if you don't let the Kaiserstrasse put you off

I've stayed at many hotels, but this is the worst ever.
There is no electricity in the bathroom in the room, so only the walls, roof, and bed are average, and everything else is horrible.
Absolutely do not recommend to anyone.
