Very unpleasent journey because of the housekeeping person just throw our stuff into one bag and our luggages to the reception, even we told the staff twice that we want to extend our stay for one more night and want to keep our stuff in the room. And they confirmed twice that the room will Not be cleaned. However, the housekeeping person just ignored it...Some of our Things got lost, because they just throw it away.
There is no compensation at all for our loses and unpleasent experience.
I am very disappointed about the service here.

Great value for fair price. It's located directly next to the Frankfurt Messe. The hotel itself is clean, good quality, nice lobby and very nice staff and service. I would definitely go back there.

早上九點半到打算先寄存行李但等了很久都沒人的。衞生一般，沒有熱水壺但雪櫃有好幾支飲料，床墊凹得很不好睡

整體還是比較乾淨的，房間還行，距離法蘭克福展館不近不遠，走過去15分鐘左右，但要上個小坡。一個人出差湊活住住可以，坐公交一兩站有sky plaza，比較方便。
房間稍微有點簡陋，隔音不是特別好，冰箱裏有飲料有水有酒，都是免費的，這點還不錯，以後還可以考慮來。

Mein Aufenthalt hier in Frankfurt bei DOMERO, war an sich ganz gut.
Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und auch sauber.
Allerdings waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer beschädigt wie z.B eine Schranktür.
Außerdem gab es keine einmal Hausschuhe, was ich persönlich überraschend finde.
Die Lage des Hotels hat mir ganz gut gefallen, es war in einer ruhigeren Gegend und 5min Fußweg von einem großen Einkaufszentrum entfernt.
Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Im großen und ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.
