We booked a top floor view room, but the front desk only gave us one view room and the other was a standard room. We found out something was wrong and asked the front desk to change it. They changed us to a view room. I don't know why, but the room was so hot. We asked for an electric fan but it didn't solve the problem. We had to change rooms again, and they changed us to a standard room. We were so sad. Now we can only wait until we return to China to ask Ctrip to refund our money.

The hotel is very old, and the front desk is under staffed. There are many issues and front desk have to spend a lot of time with those travelers, yet people are waiting on the line. The phone is not working… and front door is blocked with very ugly boards looking really bad. The room is clean but faucets and towels doesn’t loook fresh. They room keys doesn’t work after couple hours…. So had to go to front desk, which has a lot of angry customers , so more waiting…
Conclusions ,for the money, the location is good , 15min to go to train station or airport. Bottom line: need to be patient…
It was nice to have two bottle of water.

The room is very clean and quiet. There is a tram outside. Walk 600 meters to the subway and take one stop directly to Frankfurt Main Station. It is also very close to the airport and it only takes 10 minutes by taxi.
