The place is very noisy with no minimum sound insulation. I am relatively an easy sleeper but the noise from outside was too much. I have to say this is the only 25hrs hotel that felt underwhelming

A fantastic hotel with a really cool vibe - this is the second time I've stayed here and although the area surrounding it is not the most welcoming, once you're cocooned inside, it has a great atmosphere. Bar Shuka and Shuka Bar are outstanding, service is to be expected in such a busy venue; not as quick as you might hope, but, with such heavy footfall it boils down to impatience rather than staff inability or laziness. The team in the property are exceptional without exception and I am already looking to book again.

The location is very convenient - next to the main train station and walking distance from the central city area. Beautifully designed hotel, wonderfully comfortable and stylish room with a great bed and most of all fabulously friendly customer service from the team at reception. Thank you Selina and colleagues!

Warm check-in, very welcoming reception and a spacious, “comfortable” room. I've been here a few times and have always been satisfied. It's the little things like the minibar (included), the active box in the room or the high-quality soap/body lotion that make me happy to come back - and above all the staff, who are almost always above average. The desk is well suited to work from. There is a safe. Everything is no longer brand new, but well maintained. The location is close to/in the ******************. Homeless people and ********** are also out and about. It doesn't bother me and I've never gotten into a sticky situation in years, but if you feel uncomfortable, you might want to look for another location. The Mian Nudelhaus with very good dumplings is one or two minutes' walk away, and the nearest Rewe is also close.

Rarely have I been so happy after just 5 minutes at reception. Very cool staff, got a small upgrade because my actual room wasn't ready yet. Big shoutout to Huy, Karyna and Yannick. With service like this you really want to come back. 🙏🏼 Greetings Felix

Yet located in a hot area to say the least, this hotel is great: original, comfortable rooms, perfect bedding, the sauna on the roof open to all travelers and free is just perfect. The windows are well soundproofed, so there is little outside noise. And Karyna and Catanya, the two people at reception, are wonderful. Well done and thank you

If you want a slightly trendy hotel with small rooms esoterically decorated, this might be for you. If, however, you want to sleep at all, be warned - The music from the hotel’s own bar makes it impossible to sleep on Friday or Saturday nights. The rooms are mostly set around a central courtyard, into which the bar spills out. Currently almost 1am and the reception told me they have no idea how long the music will last.

Outstanding hotel, very central in a nice area of Zürich. My room was great with a sensational view over the city. And very cosy, great bath and shower. I had drinks and a wunderful dinner at the resaurant neni. A very cool experience. I love the 25h!
