Good location. Excellent staff, especially Simon and Maroof.. all staff were great and friendly, but unfortunately I can't recall their names!
Spacious comfortable room. Good hospitality, definitely coming back if traveling to Germany again.

Location is very convenient: shopping area and tourist sights are within walking distance, U8 and U9 takes one to the airport in 15 mins and all U trains take one to the Central train station. Room is very spacious, functional and comfortable, and the aircon worked very well. Breakfast that came with the booking is OK, nothing fancy but it ticks most boxes and most importantly helps to save money in an expensive city. All in all, it was the only saving grace of my stay in one of the most boring major European cities I have ever experienced.
