The bathroom glass door was completely broken.
The towel rack also fell off because the nails weren't fast enough.
It's noisy outside...
The staff was friendly, but the location itself was a bit dangerous so I didn't like it.

My husband and I booked a hotel stay for one night in Frankfurt at this hotel. The booking was completed on November 27th at 9:40AM, but due to very serious personal reasons, we had to cancel our trip to Germany altogether and submitted our cancellation with a refund request on November 28th around 10:00AM, almost exactly 24 hours later. It is our understanding that it took ******* several days to get in touch with the Hotel Forty Four management, which we very much appreciate. When the ******* team got in touch with them, the hotel refused the refund. We did not receive a penny of the amount we paid for that one night in Frankfurt, and I will certainly never recommend this place to anyone I know! .. I just could not believe this whole situation happened and have never experienced this with any hotel management in the past, even those with very strict rules on cancellation. Flexibility, at least within a 24 hour period, would be appreciated.

Me gusto el trato del personal y la cercania con el centro y lugares de interes. No me gusto porque en la zona hay mucho trapicheo y mucha gente que da mala impresión, mucho ruido durante toda la noche que no deja descanzar bien, tampoco da buena sensacion de limpieza.
