Ottima posizione che gli fa guadagnare punti. Vicino alla stazione centrale e al complesso della fiera. I ragazzi della reception sempre presenti e cordiali, senza particolari plus ma adatto a chi serve solo una camera per la notte. Non offrono colazione perchè non hanno la cucina, ma ci sono dei bar proprio nei pressi.
