Stayed here a night and a day. Friends didn't much like it but I thought it was okay. Toilets were usable. Staff were okay, though they seemed to charge you if you wanted to use the lift. Place seemed clean and tidy. Might stay here again

This has to be one of the worst hotels in Frankfurt! There were a number of broken items in the room, including a broken wardrobe handle & shelf and shower door, and the shower itself did not drain, and vacillated between scorching hot and freezing cold. For most of my stay, the elevator was also out of order. It wasn't easy to sleep; the curtains were a good foot into the room letting the street light stream in, and one night there was a significant amount of shouting coming from within the hotel. The heating was centrally controlled, and the room was way too hot. Add to this the non-working internet, and the high cost of the room (>€300/night due to a large exhibition being in town) and there was zero value for money. I checked out and changed hotels for my final night, as I had a meeting which required internet access. The only plus was the tram stop immediately outside the hotel! Avoid this place.

Stayed here as a 21 year old solo female traveller for 3 nights in November 2022. Pros: - Location: brilliant proximity to the main train station, only a 5 minute walk and very straightforward (just down one straight road). Tram stop immediately outside the hotel. Also a very short walk from the main city centre and river. - Room was a brilliant size, stupidly I didn't take photos but it was bigger than the photo of the single room on here. More like a double room size with a single bed in it - Room was clean - Room had a kettle and a hairdryer Cons: - Location: located very close proximity to the ****************** of Frankfurt so lots of *****/alcohol/*********s - TV had Netflix/Youtube etc, but no internet connection. As a non-german speaker it would've been nice to be able to put on Youtube or something in English - Pillow was the flattest pillow ever (nit picking now I know) Overall, I cannot fault the actual hotel. You get what you pay for - it's a cheaper hotel so isn't going to be luxury service. Everything in my room was clean, yes there was a cracked tile and slightly broken mirror in the bathroom but none of this affected my stay. The staff were not overly friendly (not helped by my lack of German I assume) but always said hello/goodbye as I passed through the lobby. My biggest issue with staying here was the location. As convinient as it was for transport links and walking to places, I didn't feel very safe walking when it was dark, especially as a young female alone. However, it was absolutely fine in daylight and even at night, as soon as you get two streets away you could be in a completely different city, I felt so safe beyond that. I wouldn't stay here if I was in Frankfurt longer than a long weekend, but for a few nights it's perfectly adequate. I spent very little time in the hotel anyway, so was absolutely fine for what I needed.

This hotel is in an unsafe area full of ************ on the streets. They advertise online for prices that include a full buffet breakfast yet they stopped all food service 2 years ago! So you think you are paying extra for this then the front desk tells you something different! Very basic accommodations and loud noise all night long from the zombies outside on the streets all night. Would NOT recommend this hotel. It’s in an area that is all Turkish so zero German food to be found anywhere! They are not welcoming to people outside their culture so be ready to be treated bad along feeling unsafe in that area of town. Hotel is a scam!! Beware of charges if you use the “free cancel” they still charge your credit card because they are dishonest.

Absolutely satisfactory hotel. Great location, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. A quick trip to the Main is also possible. We can't really complain about the hotel itself. Friendly staff and good facilities in the room. Unfortunately it was a bit noisy in the courtyard, sounded like a machine making a constant dull noise. But you get used to it, even though we were only there for one night. I would book the hotel again.

This is at most a 2 star student accommodation. Receptionist clueless. Elevator does not work and only goes to 5th floor so you have to climb an extra floor. With 2 Turkish grills underneath, you are sure to inhale cooked meat throughout your stay. Advantage: vicinity to everything.
