Very conveniently located for the tram, and plenty of variety of restaurants close by. Enjoyed a few hours at the Zoo which is only 50m away. The room was fairly basic but nice to have a fridge and safe in even the small single room. Will definitely stay here again.

Very easy to reach by tram. Small but nice. Modern (renovated) condition. You can have breakfast in a café a few houses down. I'd be happy to go back.

It's near the Frankfurt Zoo and is very quiet. There were no suspicious people. There is a train to the city center, but you can walk there. The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom was cleaned properly. The walls and doors are thin, so you can hear activity around 6am, but it was quiet at night. The front desk staff were also very polite.

We arrived at the reception on Thursday morning and the lady who worked there was very helpful. Her colleague in the evening was very unfriendly.
Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle or tea, which is a shame.
As a truck driver I would use it but it's not suitable for a short break.

Terrible experience, never again!
We reserved two rooms, the receptionist assured us in advance over the phone that booking the parking spaces would not be a problem. But on site it was a disaster. The receptionist spoke very little German, we had to measure our VW T5 vans with a folding ruler and the parking space in the yard was already taken by the owner's Porsche. After we were met by some rowdy young people from the zoo, the matter was settled for us. None of us wanted to spend the night here...!
