The price/performance ratio is not high. The price is very expensive. The room is too small. The only thing I think is decent is the location. I hope the hotel can make a unified comparison between the room price and the overall quality of the hotel.

Only a shower, no bathtub.
The toilet is old and not very clean.
One of the bed lights is out.
The TV is not working.
The security box is also not working.
When I told the front desk, they said I should wait and ask the chef.
The front desk is not there 24 hours a day.
They are often not there during the day and the shutters are closed.
No slippers. (I bought disposable slippers in advance and brought them with me)
No toothbrush. (There is a 24-hour gas station attached supermarket called REWE To Go about 10-20 minutes walk away, so I bought one there.)
No other problems.
The neighborhood is safe and there is a bar district.
You can walk to Römer Square.
The supermarket and station are close by.
I think I would stay here again.

Worth it if you're not expecting to spend much time in the place. 1960's decor, and the furnishings appear to date from that decade. One elevator which was spotty while we were there, and that doesn't go to the top floor. Shower was typically small for Germany but also a bit grotty. Barely adequate wifi (also typical in most German hotels...) If you need an immaculate, up-to-date place look elsewhere, but it was fine for us.

The Asian man who worked the reception desk was very accommodating and helpful. The heat was not working properly in my room and he took care of the problem immediately. The man who fixed the heater and cleaned the rooms was very courteous. This hotel is an older hotel but I appreciated that is was small and quiet. I would stay here again!

Everything except for the safe worked, the price was low, and the location was excellent. But the safe didn't work, the toilet lid would come off unless I held it down with one hand while flushing with the other, and the shower cycled between just right, cold, and scalding much faster and less predictably than any other tankless shower I've ever used. All in all, it was okay.
