discriminated against by the staff!
I booked a room on Trip and chose to pay after arriving at the store, but I was told that I could not stay when checking in, so I could only change to a hotel with a score of only 2.9 near the railway station, and the hotel did not refund the price difference!

I had to leave from the hotel because, it wasn't like in the photos of ebookers site. Room and entrance was very different compared to the photos. It was noisy and for example elevator was not in good condition.

Kam nach 2200 an und Rezeption war nicht mehr da. Muehsam ueber Telefonat Code und Karte erhalten. Dann gemaess Nummer messerscharf geschlossen, dass ich Aufzug nehmen muss. Am Aufzug lagen Sachen rum und alles schien renovierungsbeduerftig. Zimmer selbst war ok allerdings bin ich Allergiker und dirket nach Zimmereintritt musste ich dauernd niesen und schniefen so dass ich erstmal Fenster aufmachte, worauf ich Maeuse am knabbern hoerte.....

Die Handtücher an den Rändern zerschlissen und hart- würde ich nicht mal für den Boden vor der Dusche hernehmen. Ansonsten wie so oft, es gehören mal paar Handgriffe von Handwerkern gemacht. Da fällt der Türstopper bei geringster Berührung von der Wand, Kabelverbindungen zur Nachttischlampe hängen quasi offen da, Heizkörper im Bad mit Rost und wie immer Stockflecken.
