discriminated against by the staff!
I booked a room on Trip and chose to pay after arriving at the store, but I was told that I could not stay when checking in, so I could only change to a hotel with a score of only 2.9 near the railway station, and the hotel did not refund the price difference!

I had to leave from the hotel because, it wasn't like in the photos of ebookers site. Room and entrance was very different compared to the photos. It was noisy and for example elevator was not in good condition.

Arrived after 10pm and reception was no longer there. I got the code and card with difficulty over the phone. Then I was told, as per the number, that I had to take the elevator. Things were lying around at the elevator and everything seemed to need renovation. The room itself was OK, but I have allergies and as soon as I got into the room I kept sneezing and sniffling so I opened the window first, whereupon I heard mice nibbling.....

The towels are torn and hard at the edges - I wouldn't even use them for the floor in front of the shower. Otherwise, as is often the case, a few things need to be done by a tradesman. The doorstop falls off the wall at the slightest touch, the cable connections to the bedside lamp are practically hanging there in the open, the radiator in the bathroom is rusty and, as always, there are mildew stains.

I stayed 3 nights during the fair. Dated room but without carpet, this is the only positive thing. I booked a comfort room and they gave me a room with 2 separate beds with a broken window handle, the lights in the room were all burnt out, only the lamps attached to the wall worked, the shower had moldy spots and the drain was partially clogged. I booked the covered parking, fortunately paying only for one day, they always left it outside in front of the hotel. Breakfast began at 06.30, for work reasons I had to have it at that time, the waiter began to bring the food at that time very calmly and with very low quality products, the shocking thing was that on the last morning I go to have breakfast and I find nothing, no one at the reception and no food on display. I wait more than half an hour and I get nothing and go to have it in another hotel, paying the difference. I do not recommend it to everyone, a terrible experience.
