It is and will stay as my favorite hotel in Frankfurt. I love the design and all the little extras this hotel offers.

Das Hotel ist mit Abstand das beste Hotel in Frankfurt und Umgebung. Die Lage ist einfach super, man hat es nicht weit in die Stadt und neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkhaus. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und der Service ist top. Der Spa Bereich ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Über meinen Aufenthalt kann man sich nicht beschweren. Von der Übernachtung bis hin zum Essen und Trinken war alles Top. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in einer der Suiten gehabt. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :) P.S. Gruß an das ganze Roomers Team, die uns ganz toll aufgenommen haben und uns eine schöne Zeit ermöglicht haben. Nochmal herzlichen Dank.

Als ehemaliger Mitarbeiter sehr enttäuscht. Zimmer benötigen dringend eine Überholung, Service wenig aufmerksam und freundlich. Auch fehlten Grundlagen bei check in and out. Die Lage und das Frühstück sind wie immer aber Roomers Like und top. Bin weiterhin Fan von den Roomers Hotels, jedoch werde ich wohl das Frankfurter Roomers in Zukunft eher meiden

Das Roomers Hotel hat meine Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Vom Moment des Eincheckens bis zur Abreise wurde ich von einem äußerst freundlichen und professionellen Personal begrüßt. Der Service war makellos und jeder Mitarbeiter bemühte sich, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war erstklassig und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ein absolutes Highlight war die Roomers Bar. Das Barpersonal war nicht nur kompetent, sondern auch äußerst zuvorkommend und kreierte super leckere Cocktails nach meinen Vorlieben. Vor meinem Besuch in der Roomers Bar waren wir im Burbank Restaurant. Die Speisen waren von höchster Qualität, und besonders die Burbank King Prawns haben mich geschmacklich überzeugt. Die Erfahrung war einfach herausragend. Insgesamt kann ich das Roomers uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt mit exzellentem Service, erstklassiger Unterkunft und kulinarischen Höhepunkten ist das Roomers Hotel die perfekte Wahl
