The Atrium Hotel

I stayed another night. Everything was very nice again, a pleasant stay. Very nice, helpful staff. I will be back.

I asked for additional breakfast, but when I asked where the restaurant was in the morning, I was given a vague reply and couldn't eat it either day. On the first day, they told me there was no restaurant, and on the second day, they told me to wait, but they never told me. Is this discrimination against foreigners? I paid about 5,000 yen, so I'm very sad. The staff when I checked in were very kind. Also, the location is good near the station, but the hotel building is old, so the footsteps and door opening and closing sounds from the next floor and above echo very loudly. Also, the kettle seemed to have been used by the previous person, so there were still a lot of water droplets left. I stayed in other hotels during my stay in Germany, but this is the first time I've received such bad service. I don't recommend it.

I was at the hotel. I had good service and the receptionist was friendly. My room was clean although the area where it is located is very noisy at night since there are many bars. Otherwise it was perfect.

It was clean, spacious, close to the station, and the safety was better than I expected. All you have to do is come out of Frankfurt am Main Station and go straight along the main street, so you don't have to pass by the ******************. There's a supermarket right nearby, so it's good to buy a beer to drink before going to bed, and they also sell bread for a quick snack the next morning! The staff at the counter were very friendly and even though I arrived early in the morning, they stored my suitcase until check-in. He speaks English well and I would like to book this accommodation again next time I come. However, I was very surprised when the cleaning person suddenly opened the room door and came in without knocking. It was even a man...; If you are staying for a short period of time, we recommend that you hang a DO NOT DISTURB card in front of the door. Oh, and it may be a long case by case case, but the soundproofing is a bit poor. Unfortunately, there was a family in the next room, and I woke up in the morning to the sound of a screaming baby. I don't recommend this accommodation for people who have sensitive sleep or those traveling with their parents, but I recommend it for a short stay with friends or lovers.

被子太小太薄，二個床一個是正常的被子，一個是薄毯，太不保暖，不敢翻身。
