Great location great room great food and great service ! Recommended

The a/c didn’t work. They did change our room and it was no difference. Had to wait to recheck in to change rooms. Was told to keep waiting while others were taken care of. I know they’re busy but to keep putting me in the back of the line was ridiculous The new room a/c didn’t work either. They could have explained if the outdoor temp wasn’t more than 68, the a/c wouldn’t work. Communication is key bu felt like I was jerked around. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend this facility in the future

The hotel is new and very clean. All services were very fast and good. Convenient and cosy lobby and breakfast area that also serves as bar /lounge. Multi-lingual, helpful staff. Big garage and plenty washing machines on site. Easy access to restaurants and supermarkets. Just 20 min walking distance to the Airport Terminal 1. I’d recommend this hotel 100%

The hotel did not have any transfer service so it made it expensive to go to and from the hotel for to the airport. Plus 18 Euros round trip to get to the airport so you just wasted $18 and it did not include breakfast in the price. Room was okay but nothing special and the hotel is relatively new but without airport transfer service it was a bad value.

I often come to Frankfurt for business and have stayed here many times. The front desk staff is very friendly. The hotel has a kitchen and you can cook. The only drawback is that you cannot book a room with breakfast on Ctrip.

The hotel is newly renovated, and there is a supermarket and restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. In addition, there is a paid shuttle bus to the airport, which is convenient for passengers. In addition, the free room upgrade at the front desk is very good. The room can watch other planes, which is very good.

The room is clean, tidy, quiet, comfortable and relatively large. The beauty Bojana at the front desk is particularly friendly and enthusiastic. The service is beyond the standard in Germany. The atmosphere in the lobby is very quiet and comfortable. What's particularly important is that the hotel has a dedicated bus to pick up and drop off from the airport, and you can reach the airport in just a few minutes. Will definitely stay again if I have the chance. Since I had an early flight, Ms. Bojana gave me a very friendly check-in time, thank you.

The room is small but clean. It is right next to the airport and within walking distance of Terminal 2. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to pick up the airport, but it costs 6 euros to drop off the airport. This is my second stay.

It exceeded expectations. I temporarily found a hotel next to the airport to stay in. The atmosphere in the lobby was very good, the room was very clean, and it was super convenient and within walking distance to the airport. Facilities: There are more kitchen utensils than I have at home. Service: Very good, considered excellent in Germany
