房間除了離火車站近，沒有其他任何優點了。 房間很面臨馬路，電車一整晚叮叮噹噹，根本沒法入睡。 樓下流浪漢，難民，**的都有 房間凌晨2點被嗯嗯啊啊的聲音吵醒。 早餐很差，除了牛奶雞蛋和麪包，幾乎沒有其他的選擇

Hotel that deserves to be closed because of lack of hygiene, dirty, with insects, old!!! Not worth 3 stars at all. Two nights at €63 per night plus €8 in taxes, for a very old room (33) that smells bad and has questionable carpets full of holes and stains. The bed sheet is just a bedspread. Very old and damaged furniture. Water in brown bathroom. During the night I start to scratch myself and I discover insects in the bed and bathroom. I tell the reception in the morning, who changes our room (43). But in this one the bed is full of hair. I inform them and we leave the hotel for the day. We come back in the evening and they have changed the sheets in the meantime but there was hair again and insects again. From there we changed rooms again (12 and 40) but each time it was worse: insects on the beds, hair, mold in the bathroom. Exasperated and without a solution from the reception, nor an apology, we packed up and left the hotel for a more decent hotel. The manager refuses to reimburse us for the night we didn't sleep there because, and I quote him, "you have decided to leave, it's not insects that bite, that's nothing". And also that it is African travelers and the like who bring food into the rooms and therefore insects. No apologies or commercial gestures. The manager had seemed nice to us at first, until he showed his true colors. However, we have videos and photos to prove our claims. We have written to the town hall of Frankfurt am Main and intend to file a complaint for lack of hygiene. Avoid this hotel if you care about your health. There are much better for the same price. See for yourself in the photos. I expect comments from the hotel but I am telling the truth and I find this hotel scandalous.
