There is an option to get the hotel by the pathway next to tegut supermarket but you have to walk up the stairs to get the 2nd floor. Then you can use the elevator going down the ground floor to get the key but you can follow this way only on monday to saturday. By the way, I got a free upgrade and was very happy with the room and all kitchen utensils.

Location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the S-bahn station and only one stop away from the airport. If you fly from T2, it's even more convenient to just walk for 15 minutes. The room is quite big as well, and having a Nespresso machine gives to it a nice classy touch. Having said that, the fact that soap-body soap-shampoo is all in one product is a bit disappointing. The check in process needs to be a bit smoother, it's not intuitive at all.
