The property was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and for $65 a night you really can't beat it. The room was smaller, which we expected given the name of the hotel and the price, but they utilize the space very well and it feels nice and roomy.
Our only complaint was that the walls were very thin and we could here our next door neighbors tv and their conversation pretty easily. It made us not want to talk too loud in case they could hear us easily too.
The continental breakfast was excellent, and included a waffle maker, silver dollar pancake maker and plenty of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more.
We will definitely make this our spot when we visit Franklin for our non-camping trips in the winter. You really can't beat it for the price!

Annette F. (on the day shift) is the best! We came in after hiking the local mountains and there was a snow advisory warning. Annette showed us such incredible hospitality, we decided to stay an extra night. We were sad to leave! Also love that it’s pet friendly

Worst hotel. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. Shower didn’t drain. Only 2 towels in the room when we had 4 people. Fan on ac didn’t work Definitely needs some TLC. Staff check in wasn’t very friendly. Was telling her about the traffic how terrible it was on 75 didn’t even care it was like I was talking to the wall.

No microwave or mini fridge in room. Room is very small. Pillows are not comfortable, they should be replaced very lumpy. Rooms are adjoining so you can hear everything your neighbor is doing, really great if you have anxiety. Place is great if you're passing through not if you're staying multiple nights.

Another great stay with Jessica and her staff! Very clean, comfortable beds and large room. Personable staff and they always make us feel welcome. Also, the closest hotel to the Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts so you can walk to the shows and feel very safe. And breakfast included! Thanks so much Jessica! See you again soon!

Awful customer service, no fridge or microwave, no laundry , very small room , dirty and charged smoking fee because Smelled cigarettes…no ash, no proof, but the room, room 128 is 5ft from exit to outside smoking area …when I requested they bill credit card on file for incidentals, they refused and charged company paying for my room so I stated I would be checking out in the morning and they made me leave and get stuff out of room that night
