Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort and Players Inn Hotel -Formerly Comfort Inn and Suites Hogansburg NY

Stayed in the hotel, garbage was under the beds, room was filthy, Ac did not work, wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Mattress was like sleeping on a 2X4. The room key card system is horrible had to get my keys replaced 4 times in one night, the hotel charges a $50.00 fee for damage, never refunded my damage fee. I complained to the front desk they acted like they didn't care. WASTE OF MONEY NEVER WILL RETURN

I have been going to this ****** for many years but only now stayed at the hotel. Check in was quick and efficient, with the staff pleasant. They didn't tell me where any of the amenities were located but I was able to find the ice on my floor with a quick walk. The room was beautiful, walk in glass shower, spacious rooms, high ceilings. I did encounter two issues. The first was that my door didn't close without being forced closed. My door was open when I first arrived. I did mention this to the front desk. The second issue was I had a connecting room and I could hear almost everything from the room next to me. Luckily they were only loud during the day. The resort is amazing - great food options, great ******. great staff. I would definitely return to have another quiet weekend away.

No coffee in room. Have to pay for it. Horrible atmosphere!!! Not only did workers look miserable and rude, but the patrons were unhappy about the payouts. Better off sticking to nys run casinos where they are fairly regulated

Once again Beth the coctail waitress has proven her weight in gold. She is very attentive and super with her customers. Great job Beth. My husband and I appreciate you immensely!! We both look forward to seeing you on our next ****** visit. Many thanks and heartfelt wishes.

We entered the room and noticed that the bed was filthy and stained. After calling downstairs to the reception, Mysty answered with an attitude, assuring us they would send a housekeeper to change the bed. The housekeeper arrived at 1:20 am on December 27, providing sheets but not offering to make the bed. We stripped the bed and made it ourselves, realizing that one sheet was missing – the one that goes over the comforter. Calling Mysty again, she argued and refused to send a second flat sheet despite our explanation. Frustrated, I informed her that I would record the sheets we removed and headed to the front desk. Mysty continued to argue even with video proof, giving us an ultimatum to either see security or leave the hotel. Returning to the room, security was already with my wife. Mysty falsely claimed we had made multiple demands throughout the evening, which was untrue as we only called after noticing the dirty bed at 1:20 am. Security, understanding the situation, counted the sheets and acknowledged the missing one. They personally brought it back, resolving the issue. It became clear that room 721, not ours (723), had been making multiple requests. Mysty's handling of the situation was disrespectful, causing us to retract our previously positive rating. Despite being a repeat guest, this experience was marred by Mysty's inability to address a simple request professionally. Her actions escalated the situation, involving security unnecessarily. Thankfully, security understood the issue, allowing us to finally sleep at 2:15 am. BECAUSE SHE KNOWS BETTER BECAUSE SHE WORKS HERE. She repeated this quite a few times.

we always have a great time at Akwesasne Mohawk ****** Resort. the rooms are clean, comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful. the ****** and bingo are the best. we try to go at least once a month, sometimes more. it's our favorite get away spot.

Gabby at the desk is the most wonderful person in the world. You are very fortunate to have a person of her caliber working for you. Many many thanks Gabby for being so awesome. Please keep her and treat her with kindness as she does her guests.

Showed up with two other family members and one of them had an issue with a wrong date on their reservation. Not the hotels fault however, the gal checking us in had no personality and acted like we were bothering her. I would NEVER EVER EMPLOY someone with this gals attitude. It’s called hospitality for a reason do better with friendly employees who don’t have a stick up up it!
