The hotel and service itself were exceptional with the exception of the hotel bar. It’s not staffed for the busy evening crowd there. Only 1 bartender and she would be gone for long periods of time. Or another night a Manager was training someone behind the bar at a computer and took over 15 minutes to look up and recognize 4 people needed service.

I’m a frequent guest at the Hilton Franklin Cool Springs. Super friendly and responsive staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds & pillows. High end bath appointments.

Very clean and modern hotel. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here since it is close to downtown Nashville but without the noise and crowds.
