I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to the new GM2 factory. The dishes and furniture inside the residence are clean and cleaned every day, so I had a comfortable stay during my business trip.

The property was clean and well cared for. The staff were friendly and available. The room had all the amenities of home and was cleverly laid out. The fitness room was small but room enough. The pool was clean and enjoyable. There’s even an urban walking trail around the hotel that we enjoyed.

The place was in a great location close to good restaurants and a mall. It was very clean, friendly staff and offered a good breakfast. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. On Tuesdays they had a free dinner for people staying which was nice too.

The best complimentary breakfast we've ever had, anywhere!!!! Each morning for 5 mornings, just great! Yummy coffee too. And lovely women who kept everything refreshed and clean. Great suites, good location to access Nashville and perfect for visiting Franklin. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location. The desk staff in the evenings was super helpful, loaning my co-worker a mouse, baked and saved our team cookies, told us about the Tuesday night dinner and gave us great recommendations for our dinners out. Kudos to the night time desk staff and also to the morning breakfast ladies - they did an excellent job keeping the food stocked.

The front lobby staff was not friendly.
The lady at the breakfast area was very nice.
They had bacon one morning which was a treat! And breakfast potatoes mixed with sausage the next morning that was really good!
They put us next to 3 other rooms that were occupied. Doesn’t make sense since they were not busy. However, and luckily it was quiet.
Loved the clean jacuzzi. No one was in there either which was nice.

Room was as expected. Clean, plenty of room. Breakfast and staff tending to the breakfast we great. Big indoor pool separated by a glass wall to the fitness center (you could watch older kids while working out). Great location, quick to Nashville.

We had a great staycation at the Residence Inn. My son wanted to swim at the pool for his birthday and they had a great pool! The bed was super comfortable and the room felt very clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing -- I loved the tortillas, spinach and sausage to make breakfast tacos. Overall, I highly recommend.
