The employees were very kind and helpful and cheerful! Attentive to cleanliness and making sure food stations were full for breakfast. My kids say they want to come here for all of our mini getaways 😃

5 Stars except nobody's cards were working on the exterior doors despite a couple of times of trying to rekey. Super clean, Great service, lots of space, in the showers are fabulous!

Checked in with Adrian at the front desk and he was outstanding!! Very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect.

They charged my credit card a $150 cleaning fee for grape jelly on the ceiling. It wasn’t even our room that had the jelly on the ceiling. I got my $ back, but it took multiple calls to the manager and corporate. I got my $ back in 4 days. Super frustrating!!!!!!!

We travel quite a bit and stay in many different hotels, and motels across the country. Clean is always a priority for us. We will never stay at another Stay Bridge hotel. THE GOOD- They hotel WAS clean, and all staff were very polite and courteous. THE BAD- Not having an ice machine in ANY sort of hotel, extended stay or not ISN'T ACCEPTABLE!!! When asked, the desk clerk said "Just use the icemaker in the refrigerator" yeah right, it takes at least 6 hrs to make ice, but that didn't work either, so we had no ice for our entire 4 day stay. When eating breakfast, some type of long and obnoxious alarm or cell phone tune kept going off and annoying everyone in the dining area. The electronic door keys were not working in most doors creating a very frustrating environment with many irritated and angry customers continually having to walk around to the front door. I was sitting in the room on a chair near the door in my undies after taking off my work clothes, when all at once our door opened and perfect strangers started entering. When they realized they were intruding, they started apologizing up and down, stating that they must have been given the keys to the wrong room. At that point I had enough and called the front desk and asked them who else had keys to our room. Lots of excuses! Room layout had the bathroom sink nearly right next to the bed not allowing any privacy for person at sink, nor for person trying to sleep in bed with bathroom sink area light on. Unfortunately we had reserved the room for 4 days and it was not a very enjoyable stay. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Check in and out was easy. Friendly staff. Loved the later check out. Hotel was clean. Definitely recommend!

Very clean room

Pros: price, kitchen in room, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Cons: pool and jacuzzi were down for maintenance and the gym was not a good condition. This is the most important thing I look for when booking hotels and I was unable to use either.

Very roomy and clean, best breakfast I’ve ever had in hotel. Highly recommend
