Would never stay there ever again! Rude staff! Smelly outdated rooms! Terrible overall experience and don't recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

Worst La Quinta on Earth. Whole hotel is under construction. Doors and door frames in the hallway drywall, dust everywhere and construction cruise running drills, grinders and welding from about 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM every night. stayed three nights asked for room service every day. Never got it; one excuse after another. Their complementary buffet consist of coffee, plain bagels, plain toast, waffles, and two kinds of cereal with milk. No juice no fruit no yogurt not even any sweetener other than sugar. No towels at the pool. no extra security lock on the door and not even any hangers to put my clothes up with asked for hangers. They said they ordered the wrong one. Tough luck. Don’t stay here don’t.

The room. S were extremely while taking care of the entire place Seems to be renovated big screen TV comfortable bed.Very accommodating staff highly recommend anyone in franklin tennessee stay here and enjoy one of the nicer hotels in the area

In process of remodel. Upper floor hallways have been recarpeted so first floor was pretty gone. One ice machine - on the third floor?!? Nonexistent Wi-Fi. Zero cell reception in room. Meager breakfast options. AC in room didn’t dehumidify so the air was cool but damp.

The pillows are so comfortable and all the rooms are newly renovated , I enjoyed my stay Staff is very good and friendly. Rooms are clean breakfast is good. I found the location easier. Housekeeping staff especially the lady on 2nd floor is very good

The staff is amazing and the manager is nice and professional. Always a joy to stay there. The kindness that i received is always appreciated. I enjoy referring people here. I love the swimming pool and its nice to just hang out there. The hot tub is fun to be in.

The hotel never cleaned my room ( there 5 nights) did not change out my towels and i had to empty the trash each day. The tv had no remote and some of the lights in the room did not work. The fridge did not cool, and the staff said, they all were like that. Construction in the hallway made it noisy. When I asked for a discount, they said no.

It will be very nice when the renovations are complete. What had been done is nice but I had a large paint smell and it as well as renovation dust caused my allergies to react and my asthma to bother me.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance when we arrived. It was loud and dusty. Our room was very small and cramped. The curtains didn’t close all the way and let so much light from the lamp outside that we could barely sleep. The window was not locked and the lock was broken. The bed sheets and comforter were paper thin and the mattress was rock hard. The breakfast was a joke. Barely any options. We were very disappointed with our stay. That is the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. Pay the extra money and stay at one of she other local hotels. It would be well worth it.
