Excellent hotel in beautiful downtown Franklin, Tennessee. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional (everyone we encountered), the rooms comfortable and spotless, food was an A+ both for both dinner and breakfast and the balcony we had with our room overlooking downtown Franklin was a lovely bonus. Walkable to all the wonderful stores and historic sites in downtown Franklin. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is filthy! From the chairs, flooring and tables at the front of hotel to the rooms and particularly the balcony furniture this hotel is very dirty. Curtains, comforter and walls in room were visibly stained. Vents in room covered in dust. Front desk receptionist at check in snd check out was indifferent. Was given wrong directions to a local attraction by another front desk employee. Towels in the room were all beyond threadbare. The a/c was mediocre and did not cool lower than 72 Location is solid.

Top notch guest service! Everything from valet, welcome, checkin, room service, hotel bar, and everything else. Really the best valet service I’ve had in a long time. Sohum took great care of us. Will be back to The Harpeth again!! Looking forward to it.

Came to downtown Franklin to eat and shop, the area was so nice we wanted to stay. The Harpeth was so close to everything. Live music was playing when we walked in, sweet touch to our weekend! Catie found a perfect room with romantic balcony to help us celebrate our anniversary! The room was nice and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee as well at the hotel. Will definitely come back!!

We had a great stay at the Harpeth. Location is excellent. Room had a mini-fridge, Keurig, safe, robes, and slippers. Bathroom and shower were huge, and bed was very comfortable. We reserved a standard room, but ended up with a nice balcony where we sat and people watched. There is also a nice courtyard with lots of seating. Room and common areas were very clean. My only complaints are the ridiculous charge for parking and no ice buckets or machines. I am sure we could have called for ice and gotten some, but then someone expects a tip. Park for free at the city garage a block away!

From the Valet to the check in at the front counter with Stephanie, was A++++ Service is always top notch. Rooms and hotel are always clean. They make you feeling like it is your second home. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Nashville that wants to see what Franklin has to offer.

We loved everything about the Harpeth with the staff being the best. Stephanie not only helped us check in but also credited our Hilton status by recovering a trip that had not been recorded. When we celebrated our 52nd anniversary while there, she sent wine and candy to our room. She had all the answers, made restaurant reservations for us each night we were there at four different restaurants. We appreciate Stephanie and hope to work with her again. Others who helped see to our every need were Sonum, James B and Andre. We will be back!

2nd trip to this hotel and 2nd time assisted by Stephanie Alvarado who is fantastic! She remembered our room preference! First thing she said was “where is your mom?” She is so considerate and efficient. We will be back and I look forward to it!!!
