The facility was going renovation however the smell in aroma of the facility smells like sale and old smoke. In my room the smell of smoke was very strong. I had candles burning in the hotel room to eliminate the odor. However, it did little to help the staff was very polite and nice and kind. I would not stay at this hotel again due to the overall appearance of the hotel however, the staff again very pleasant.

This was my first time staying at this hotel at this particular location. Having the suite amenities such as the microwave and stop top is truly a gem. I had a great check in with Armando. He was so kind to me and my daughter, he was respectful, and friendly. His customer service skills will take him very far in life. It was such a peaceful trip.
