The hotel is located near Deer Park, about a 5-minute drive. It is also close to Queenstown Center, approximately a 10-minute drive.
Upon arrival, there were no staff members at the front desk. I waited for about 5-8 minutes and had to raise my voice to call out "hello" before a trainee came from the back office. After that, the system was down, taking another 8-10 minutes for check-in. I arrived early, around 1 PM local time, and understood that the room was not ready, so I waited patiently. However, when another couple arrived and requested early check-in, another trainee rearranged the room assignments to accommodate them. The same happened with a third couple. I then approached this new staff member, who was helpful and managed to shuffle my room to another ready room, allowing me to check-in. This meant I actually waited 30-40 minutes unnecessarily.

The location is not good, but it is cheap and clean, so you can stay here if you want to catch a flight the next day. If you want to go to the town to play the next day, it is still inconvenient. You can try other hotels.

The location is not in the center of Queenstown, you still have to drive to the center, but the scenery is very good and the price-performance ratio is also acceptable.
