room was beautifully presented , swan shaped towels and rose petals and very clean . breakfast was great and the room is very central . there was a wonderful welcome and dinner suggestions in the town . aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Absolutely amazing stay, staff were overly helpful and friendly, Wendy is sweetheart and an asset to any organization. Clean, beautiful accommodation with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and quite possibly the best breakfast I've ever been served.

From start to finish we loved our time here. We so needed an extra day but our holiday trip meant we only have 2 night arriving latish and leaving earlyish. This meant we missed out of being able to use all the amenities. I recommended trying to stay for 3 night to get the full service. Communication prearrival was brilliant and clear. We were driving from Knysna via the Cango Caves so was a very long day but a beautiful drive. We arrived at 17:30 and had a wonderful introduction to the place. They also ordered transport to La Petite Columbe as unlike Cape Town getting an Uber later at night is not guaranteed. This made the evening more relaxed. Next day we were out on the Wine Tram all day before crashing out. We then had a slow breakfast before headed to the airport Ideally we would have spent another night or two to explore the village and visit some more wineries. The guesthouse is secure, has an almost Riad feel to it - a few rooms around the central pool where you have breakfast, the entrance filled with an honesty bar that I would have loved to explore. Rooms good size, amazing showers, comfy beds, every staff member was friendly and amazing. Walking around reading the magazine articles on this place added to the allure. We 100% would book here again when we come back to explore more of this region.

Great location only 2 small blocks from downtown. Staff were great. Breakfasts excellent. We spend 2 nights there and will definately include it in our next travels to cape town.

This property offers a crisp, clean and refreshed feel. The perfect get away spot to experience Franschhoek and its surroundings. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty.
