Overall stay was good. I think they might have been short staffed during our stay. I would recommend for the resort to have a directory of extension numbers by the room phones. I had to walk to restaurants and reception if I needed something. Probably need somebody supervising and keeping the pool area clean. Overall I enjoyed the stay, good food!

Kingfisher Resort is the best hotel on Fraser Island. The design style is still very close to nature and has won many architectural awards. The sunset bar is beautiful, and the independent villas are spacious and warm. The sanitation conditions cannot be compared with other places, after all, it is on a pristine island that has not been over-developed. The food and gasoline on the island are very expensive, so warm⏰Everyone fill up the gas and bring food to the island. Next time I go to the island, I will choose this resort hotel.

We stayed 2 nights and took the Beauty Spots tour. The experience was wonderful. From mainland reception (where we left our vehicle in secure parking), the ferry trips to the resort there and back, breakfast, the Beauty Spots full -day tour (which was exceptional), accommodation, and the staff - all very good.

Just go! Its completely different to any other Island in Australia. You MUST visit the Kingfisher bay resort! You won't want to leave.

Good rooms good staff bad bathrooms you really need to update your bathrooms the staff were helfull We came and got some food from the restaurant after 8pm because the foodt the gin nite was clod nibbles nothing else not a dinner

Best experience of G’uri island. From when we got picked up from Big 4 Caravan park by Jeff to when we got dropped off by James. Andrew Wilson our tour guide on the island was fantastic, friendly and very accommodating. Kingfisher bay tours were great to deal with, definitely recommend them to other friends and family.

An excellent experience. Andrew was an amazing tour guide and impressive 4WD bus driver! Knowledgeable, personable and clearly loves his job! James went the extra mile to deliver us to our front door upon returning to Hervey Bay! How’s that for service! The best. Thank you.

Stay here for 2 days in frazer island. The meal was very good!!! Special thanks to philippo, the barman, his cocktails was very good and original. Especially for the pina colada and the sangria. GRAZIE MILLE. I love it ! :) Thank you very much!
