I’ve or we’ve stayed a few times at this hotel and it’s been very pleasant but this time wasn’t unfortunately. I’m not bothered about my towel being changed every day but my dustbin never got emptied in the 3 nights I was there, is that up to the visitor to empty them. Unfortunately too we had a single bed and a sloping roof because we were in the attic rooms, so a bang of the head didn’t go amiss. The breakfast is lovely and so is the location. Hopefully the next time I stay I don’t get the same room.

The hotel was clean and the beds very comfortable, shower good with plenty of hot water, the receptionist in particular was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Rooms at the front of the hotel are quite noisy but we were moved without any difficulty. Breakfast was fine but no fruit or pastries.

Nice older hotel. Vintage decor. Bed was very hard but room was good size. Buffet breakfast was sufficient but nothing special. Short walk to city center walking street. I would stay here again.
