Rooms are always well maintained by cleaning staff, front desk crew is always helpful and friendly, have supplies for the rooms at any hour of the day even the middle of the night. The management team works with me on payments, the location is right next to multiple restaurants and a gas station. Super convenient, affordable, amazing staff, all come together to make the best experience I've had at a hotel.

Very affordable rates, Clean rooms, beds very comfortable..dish network for the tv lovers over 500 channels..Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Full stove and refrigerator very convenient amenities..close to fast fod restaurants gas station and hiway a plus..highly recommend

It was more like staying in a college dorm rather than a hotel. People coming & going at all hours. Talking loudly or just plain shouting in the halls. The TV came on, but just had a black screen. The shower in the morning, while it couldn’t be called ice cold, could not be called warm either. And it sounded like the room upstairs decided to rearrange the furniture at 4:00 a.m. There were other issues, but I’ve mentioned enough problems to make my point

I’m here while waiting on my place to be ready and was only going to stay for a night due to my experiences with other locations. Trent was and has been nothing short of amazing. He is the reason I chose to extend my stay! Hospitality here is unmatched. The rooms are CLEAN, I don’t feel uncomfortable at all the people here really feel like neighbors… I just didn’t expect this from what I’ve encountered at the other ones I thought they were all the same. If I could give 6 stars I would! This is what I expect when I book long term stay. I wouldn’t book any other location! The staff is AMAZING as well, but Trent stood out the most!

It is a very nice and clean place. Pet friendly. The rooms are very clean and nice to stay in. I would recommend anyone to come and stay at the woodspring hotel. This hotel has been very patient and so helpful with everything that I needed. I really appreciate everything they have done!

We thought there would be items with the kitchen area to be able to use it. Pot/pan, etc.

My experience was wonderful the whole staff are very friendly and very full of details of the hotel . Everything was is close by . There service was exceptional if I needed anything they made their selves able to accommodate my stay as for clean towels and bedding. They are very pet friendly and I would recommend them to anyone

Overall my stay here was great!! Room was clean and always quiet. The staff was courteous, kind and welcoming. The manger Emanuel made sure I received the best deal and lowest available rate possible during my stay there. All in all I will stay again and would recommend others to do so as well.
