I have been here for an unfortunately extended stay, but the staff here has made that unfortunately long stay very homey and relaxing. To those who complain about bugs riding on their luggage as they come into the hotel, please remember that you are in fact on planet earth, and there are more bugs in one state than people in the world lol The crew always keeps things tidy, the breakfast options are inclusive, and I've not had one bad experience during my entire stay. (8+ months FYI) Quadruple A Plus Plus!!!

A young man running the front desk in the morning provided the most excellent service. We were having trouble with our two year old (my son is very demanding and fussy) and he was so patient and understanding. He even came over and wiped up the floor after my son spilt water on the floor.

The ADA room was spacious, and very clean. It had great functionality for handicapped people, including a rolling table, massive bathroom, bench in tub/shower, electric/button controlled blinds, etc. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, full refrigerator, microwave, and you can have an electric burner if needed, etc. Great, convenient location, near restaurants. Will definitely stay here next time we're in the area.

We did not like the shower, the shower soap or shampoo. Water pressure was not good. Temperature was on the cooler side. Shower floor was extremely slippery, and I am disabled so had a hard time. Bigger bath mat would have been good.

The whole someone on the floor above us was either bouncing a ball or running when that shop at about 10pm. The they were cars outside doing durn outs and that last for 45 mins. Then at 7am the noise from the floor started again

This is a relatively new hotel so the finishes are current and the shared spaces, & my room, seemed clean. It was quiet - no road noise, but still accessible to restaurants, etc. Bed was comfy, breakfast was included and it was one of the better ones I've had. I'd definitely recommend to others or book again for myself.

First room have stink bugs crawling all over bed. Second one has dead bodies on floor and then the very sharp curtain valance fell on me and hurt my hand. Pieces of the curtain kept falling during my stay. I asked them to Vacuum the dead bug bodies of the floor and they didn’t. Clearly this place needs some work to secure its furnishings and cleaning up the bug situation. Stay elsewhere.
