The facilities are a bit old, but the environment can be maintained, because there is no elevator counter staff to help me change to a room on the first floor, so I don't have to carry my luggage upstairs, and the breakfast area is also kept clean.

Room was at first floor that it was convenient. Everything inside the room was clean and everything needed was there accessible. The breakfast was a full menu, delicious, warm and courtesy of employees was nice.

Exactly what you would expect from a two star motel. No elevators to the second floor, we had to carry everything up the stairs with no help from the motel. We had to swith rooms twice becausenthe key card didnt work, then the next one had a broken ac that was making horrendous noise. Mediocre breakfast in a small area.that gets jammed with only 10 or so people. But overall clean and was good for just passing through.

Bathroom was small, clean but it still worked for me.
Breakfast was delicious, I was happy to see scrambled eggs and bacon, plus the biscuit and gravy. Lots of fruit to choose from also. Coffee was also very good.

Just passing through for the night. Front desk was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Needed some repairs; some rust and water damage in the bathroom.

The gentleman at the front desk named Mitchell was very helpful and friendly. He is an asset to the Best Western company. I had several personal issues that needed solving and Mitchell was not only prepared but put me at ease by assuring me that he could easily solve my situation. Keep that young man on staff!!!
