The environment is beautiful, the facilities are perfect, the space is large, there is a special office area, walk in closet, it feels very good.

The service was terrible. We went to check in at 3:00, when we are allowed to and we’re told we couldn’t check in till 3:30. We chose to wait in the lobby and at 3:45, we asked and they said it still wasn’t ready. They didn’t offer any other suggestions. We asked if they had a different room that was available, they did, so we were able to get into that room just shy of 4. Over an hour after we are supposed to be able to check in.
Then our door key card reader’s battery died, and we weren’t able to get into our room. The front desk staff were very rude when that happened. We had to go down to the lobby 4 times before they were able to get us into the room. Each time they would see us and turn to a guest that was after us in like and help them first. Very rude and terrible service.
All night they also had all of the dirty bedsheets in piles in the hallway. Would not recommend based solely on the service.

This hotel is clean and has a nice crowd in the lobby- families and well-behaved clientele. Breakfast was very good, the hotel is located conveniently off the highway. It was everything I would want in a one-night stay-over.

The Breakfast was a little disappointing and unfortunately someone had a very loud child in the next room. The child was running in the halls and yelling at the top of their lungs. Surprised front desk didn’t even try to ask for more quiet.

Beautiful spacious room. Minor inconvenience of having a coffee maker that didn’t match with the pods provided. Last day the fire alarms in my room were tested for over an hour with no notice and no apologies.

This hotel is a gem! It is a little off the beaten path but the hotel and staff were top notch. Everyone that we came into contact with during our three night stay was extremely friendly and attentive. The only complaint that I have is that they didn't have bacon for breakfast any of the mornings that we were there. :)
