We had the BEST stay. I'm sorry that others did not have the kind of stay our family had at this hotel. We were here for a soccer tournament and it was a pretty busy weekend in the area (March 8-10) . Location was ideal- right in the heart of so many restaurants, grocery stores, urgent care facilities, car repair companies, eateries, shopping and MORE. Plank Rd. seems to have heavy traffic and their lights are not synched so be prepared for some local congestion due to the lights. The Wegmans was a perfect spot for grab & go during the day or just a place to get coffee and sit upstairs in their cafe area. Hotel was perfect. Checkin with Makaela was so friendly, easy and efficient. My daughter was injured and they gave us ice right away. Makaela gave us all the information about the hotel, breakfast and gave us free water. Room was 310- quiet side of the road and soooo clean. I always bring Lysol wipes with me and after my own cleaning inspection of handles, table tops, bathroom etc.- I saw my Lysol wipes were clean and not grimy or dirty. Breakfast was standard Hampton breakfast of egg & cheese omelet, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, grab and go items, and of course their coffee & tea. The crew working the breakfast stations were so kind and cleaning up after guests and refilling as we were eating. If I had to have one complaint- but a complaint that is across the board for most hotels...the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors talking (not their full word for word conversation) but we could hear their "grumblings" or low voices. The door is also very thin and we could hear when people were talking in the hallways. I think this is an issue in many hotels. Overall, our stay was great. We had no issues during our stay.
