We were in town for a concert and this is one of the few places that allowed for a 1 night stay. Others were a minimum of 2 nights as this is a big tourist town. Very clean and comfortable.

Good location away from noise. Rooms are slightly outdated, shower curtains are old and need to be replace more frequently. Smell of Clorox was strong in the bathroom.

Be aware of overbooking by this hotel and selling your room right out from under you. I knew the arrival time for our stay was going to be late, so I called the property around noon the day of arrival and was assured that the reservation was marked as such. At approximately 7:30 p.m. that evening, Alex was required to call me and tell me about this unfortunate situation, but he did not offer any alternatives and did not even try to call the other properties the company owns in Fredericksburg to rectify this overbooking practice of their company. I know this was a busy weekend for Fredericksburg because when I made my reservation approximately three weeks prior all the hotels I called were already booked. Writing this type of review is not in my character. I have traveled many times and never had hotel management do this to me.

It was a big room with sofa and desk. Bed and pillows comfy. Clean, easy access to 3rd floor with elevator. Shower always had hot water. Some noise from other rooms and outside but didn't bother us. Heavy curtains but didn't close so sun in the morning. Breakfast was great, hot eggs, potatoes, meat, waffle, cereals, bread, yghurt, fruit, oa**eal, etc. Everyone was friendly and easy check-in and check-out. We will stay here again.

Good place to stay off the heavy traffic areas. Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was standard but area was very clean with plenty of food available.

The room had damaged flooring in the bathroom, completely broken pieces of flooring that raised up and shifted if you happen to step on them, which was hard not to do in such a small area.
It was also very noisy, Alot of road noise all night long and the next morning.
Another loud nuisance was the sound of the plumbing... anytime someone in a surrounding rooms would flush or shower, the water noise was extremely loud. Seemed like the walls and ceilings were very thin.
Will never stay here again.
