Easy location to find, roadside motel, on the Southside of Fredricton, if your from the area or lived there being on the Southside is generally considered "safer". Don't let yourself be put off by the appearance, you'll be fine... The atmosphere is good, cozy electric fireplace in the room not to bright in the main area soft yellow lights, bright whites in the bathroom where you need it, smart TV in the room on the fireplace so your able to cast from your phone to TV or just connect to Netflix using the TV itself, just be sure to log out before leaving, I've been in some nice hotels that are still behind on putting in smart TVs so clients can make the most of their stay on rainy days orbdown time, im looking at you Travelodge 😉. The room layout was good bed on one side of the room and the bathroom on the opposite far side, rooms are connected from the bathroom side so thats a plus its a motel afterall. I don't think I need to explain the importance of room layout when it comes to motels unless you were sheltered or raised in a bubble in which case you should probably stay in a motel at least once in your lifetime, it is an experience to be had at least once, but with this layout even if your there with kids, during the age they question everything, what's that, is someone hurt etc, its fine they probably won't hear a thing and even if they do? Ya know, just pivot....conversation opportunities can be had, it's all education...you'll be fine... Staff was amazing, the grounds man there was back and fourth outside if your garbage got full or you ordered food, bag it up, put it outside the door and it'll dissappear eventually. As for safety, the doors autolock, you get a room key and if you forget it inside your locked out, there is also a deadbolt on the steel door, and a reinforced frame. The value was more then fair considering the weekend we were there with the biggest provincial volleyball tournament in the province and the annual tattoo expo the same weekend, hotels were averaging $1200 for 2 nights, we got 2 nights for $450, so great on that👍. Staff were amazing, I originally booked through booking app, we were originally 6 guests but at the last minute after free cancelation lapsed we went from 6 to 4, and were reserved for 2 rooms at $650 for 2 nights still not bad considering the busy weekend, but we didn't need the additional room, the clerk advised me to request free cancelation on the entire reservation, reworked the booking to 1 room for 2 nights at $450, and refunded the previous booking saving me 200, so that's gas, and I greatly appreciate being able to resolve that, as the payment had already been processed, very friendly and understanding. My only issue was that there was no mini coffee maker in the room and the breakfast bar only opened at 8, so if you're up early and want that first coffee cause you NEED IT to function, then your out of luck and your option is to just get in the car and drive to the nearest coffee spot otherw

I never made it to my reservation, i called to cancel due to a snow storm, and was charged full price. I was going to travel a few hours to stay there for a wrestling tournament that was canceled due to dangerous weather. I made the reservation, and tried to cancel not even 12 hours later, and was still charged. I will never used that hotel or ******* again!! As a single mom, i won't be fooled again by these awful tricks.

Proper, quiet heating. Lacks maintenance. Most lights in the room where out. Power outlets next to the desk are not working. Drain in the sink is blocked. You get dirty fingers opening the window. Doona without washable cover.

Didn’t seem like there was any continental breakfast when was said and was loud with neighbours talking all night or the fridge making noise or street lamps shining in the window….. had to put a deposit down and had to wait hours to get it back when I checked out

Idk about pets, i was waiting to the breakfast open at 7 and won't open. Then I left at 8 a.m and still closed, In the sign by the door say 7 a.m until 10 a.m the breakfast. If I paid I must to had my breakfast. Another thing i cannot sleep peaceful, i heard to much stuff around, children cry, teenage fight, adult scoring. I never will come back!

Clean basic room, very affordable and close to the Fredericton airport. Friendly staff.

We couldn't get the heat to work right, couldn't get the descriptive audio turned off the tv, had to move the bed in order to see the tv from where it was and discovered the bed was put there to cover up flooring coming up and they have never cleaned under it
