Best Western Plus Fredericton Hotel Suites

We arrived before check in time and were able to check in immediately as our room was ready. Dillon on the front desk was friendly and professional and quickly had our check in processed and we were off to our room. The hallways and elevators were bright and clean, any staff we met were smiling and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable as was the furniture in our sitting area. Plenty of hot water for a nice rain shower. The Keurig coffee was a nice touch for a pre breakfast coffee. The included breakfast was all you needed with a pancake maker, boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, toast ,yogurt, cereals, etc. We definitely would not hesitate to use Best Western plus for any of our future trips.

Decent hotel for the price.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious room is clean and bright. We only wish the breakfast can last till 10 am instead of 9 am. Thank you.

Stayed here and had a terrible experience. Brought the issues to staff during my stay and they did nothing. Called back to follow up — still nothing. Escalated to Best Western support and got no resolution or follow-up. Disappointed with this location and with Best Western as a whole for failing to address it. I avoid Best Western when possible now and will never stay at this location again.

The entire hotel has a bit of an odd smell to it, but otherwise, we found the room and general areas to be very clean and well cared for. The location is close to lots of stores, shopping, and the highway, but also not too far from downtown. The pool is small and was very crowded, and the breakfast was lacking. Overall, it was a pretty average family hotel stay.

Nice, clean room. Staff was very friendly. Lots of seating for breakfast. Breakfast itself was pretty decent but we stayed 2 nights and it was the same thing both mornings. I enjoy a little variety. Other than that, it was great!
