The room was not clean the bathroom had a dirty floor behind the door. The carpet wasn't very clean at all. I told the front desk to not bill my credit card I called in with I had a different method of payment when checking out. No they billed the wrong card. It was very inconvenient and I was to tired to bother complaining at 12:30 am after coming from the airport. Unfortunately I will not return. 😔

The price felt very unsafe. Pool and hot tub were very dirty and green. Management staff just walked into my room uninvited early in the morning. Lots of ************ around tge property and staying at the property. Some talking to my children making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We were worried stuff would be stolen from our room while we were away from the room. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Beds uncomfortable. Front desk staff were nice and helpful if they werent sleeping.
