Overall it was a good stay. It was very close to the beach and nightlife. The room could have been cleaner. I didn't like the bathroom at all. I did buy some cleaning supplies and cleaned a few areas myself. My husband said the bed wasn't comfortable but it worked for our 2 night stay. The staff was really nice and helpful. I would stay again and recommend to others.

The Frederiksted Hotel building and our room was sparkling clean, comfortable, smelled wonderful, and we found ourselves refering to it as home. The staff were exceptionably helpful, kind, polite and knowledgeable. They were well informed about the area, and able to answer any question we had about the best places to go, shop or see and activities to do.
We can't wait to go back!

Checkin with Roxy was very nice, very informative. We have mutual friends as I lived on STX for16 yrs. Stayed “West” because our son has a business there. However, after a few days we inquired about the ice machine . There isn’t one???? In a hotel? Room was clean. Only a bed and small nightstand. No safe. No desk. No chair. Bare minimum for a maximum price. Never again.

The staff are very warm and welcoming! Mrs. Veronica and the entire team (cleaning and security) went above our expectations to make my family and I feel at home! The room is exceptionally clean and comfortable with nice decor!! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting in the area. The view from our room is beautiful!
