The experience was just ok!
We checked inn, but got a room with a TV that didn't work.
Went down and we got a room with a TV that worked, so we packed up and moved over to the new room. I asked for an upgrade for the inconvenience since this happened, but they ignored that.
In the new room I found the mattress a little wet, but we didn't really feel like running more up and down.
On this new room, we got a tub shower and not a shower like we wanted and what we had in our first room.
They could have informed us about WIFI options and also that they don't do housekeeping every day.
Breakfast was great!
I'm used to breakfasts in the US, and this was way better with allot of choices etc.

We had an offer from Strawberry with dinner which was really value for money. In addition to super service and food at the hotel, the city has an incredible amount to offer in terms of culture, food and drink experiences.. Charming city and hotel especially in the summer, but also all year round due to the mild climate.

Great hotel in the heart of town. I recommend the restaurant which offers an affordable and tasty dinner menu. The breakfast was amazing too! Most of the staff was very attentive and professional. I can highly recommend this hotel to travellers going to Fredrikstad.

Fint hotell med veldig sentral beliggenhet. Men skittent gulv og julebordkonsert holdt oss våkne. Ikke lydtett dør. Veldig god frokost, men tynn juice og tynn kaffe.
