Like many hotels the temperature in the room is too hot for sleeping.
You can open the window but this won't help the climat.

Returning customer, have 3-4 trips per year. Last stay I was upgraded to a Superior room as a kind gesture. This was highly appriciated, and as always happy with the great treatment at this hotel. Recommended

Rigtigt fint hotel med super service, desværre var der utroligt koldt på værelserne, så det var meget ærgerligt, jeg ved godt at det frøs 20 grader de første dage, men virkede som om det trak hele tiden. Super sødt og venligt personale. Rengøring var ikke særligt grundigt og 2 dage var sengen ikke redt 😢

It was our first time at Sarpsborg. My friends son’s celebrated his bday at Superland and Scandic has often a great member deal They gave me,my family and friends a very unforgetable experience. We had a superior room which fits for our needs. Only downside was the sink on the toilet has a bit problem and needs to dust back of the fridge. The staff was very accomodating, reliable and friendly specially Eva at the reception. The breakfast was superb. Recommended and would stay here again if we are going to Sarpsborg.

Ett mycket centralt boende som håller hög kvalitet. Rum, städning, reception, frukost, bara positiva ord att nämna. Men ett problem finns att åtgärda. Nu liksom senast jag bodde här fungerade inte alla tv-kanaler utan störningar gjorde vissa svåra att se. Något att ta tag i. Men se detta mer som en randanmärkning.

Hei, vi var veldig misfornøyd med komforten på rommet. Varmeovnen sto på fullt men det var alt for kalt i rommet. Badet var nesten ubrukelig,når man dusjet var det vann overalt. Det var heller ingen plass å henge av seg tøyet på badet. Vår siste overnatting på dette hotellet
