Unfortunately, I was only able to stay one night in this beautiful hotel. The location is up on the mountain, which is problematic without a car. I had one 😬 Room facilities, room layout, terrace, view outstanding. Bathroom a bit small but completely adequate. Pool very clean, sauna wonderful and open until midnight. Terrace upstairs very large and a beautiful view. Reception staff were very nice and helpful. I am very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone.

The outside of the hotel is showing its age. The same goes for the driveway to the hotel. That puts us closer to 3*. Inside everything is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. But that puts us back to 4*

The location is fantastic. Great view of the city. Just a few minutes' drive from the old town. Very good breakfast, high quality dinner and very friendly service. The small sauna area and the indoor swimming pool make you quickly forget the "stress" of sightseeing. The rooms have a great view and are very clean.

We went on a Monday for dinner and expected it to be a slow night. WRONG. Place was lively and we felt lucky to get a table. I had a very good piece of salmon with some asian inspired vegetables and noodles. My husband also shared a delicious wedge salad. We were just driving through; staying in a hotel near the highway. the real deal; this place was just minutes from the hotel and highly recommended....in the midst of mediocre chain restaurants.

After Eric left, the restaurant is just a disaster, the head chef and sous chef were not there on Saturday evening. ABSOLUTELY overpriced and technically inadequate. Which is putting it mildly. I worked in the kitchen in this hotel myself, and I really enjoyed it! As a head chef, kitchen director, kitchen master and F&B manager, this performance that I had to experience on Saturday evening, February 10, 2024, simply hurts me. The quality is shockingly loveless and not worthy of a chef. If the new hotel operator wants to ruin this hotel, he is well on his way. I am simply speechless!
