Chambre petite mais très propre, personnel à l'accueil très agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux et bon. En plus situé à 7-8 minutes à pied de la cathédrale. Des prix très compétitifs ! Un peu d'attentes aux ascenseurs, mon seul reproche !

Abbiamo prenotato con Booking una stanza normale e la ragazza della reception ci ha dato una superior allo stesso prezzo. La stanza è’ buona, letto comodo, cuscini comodi. Note negative. Per accendere le luci, ci vuole un ingegnere elettronico. Mai visto interruttori così complicati. La porta del bagno non è’ insonorizzata, è’ una lastra di vetro. La cosa peggiore è che oggi, 29 marzo 2024, alle ore 10,45, il ragazzo (sesso maschile) si è fatto pagare 5 euro la bottiglia di acqua data in dotazione nella stanza.

Great place! Hit all the right boxes - good location, friendly staff, close to key attractions. Friendly staff were really helpful. Thanks. Down the road there’s a great Thai massage place which was helpful to recharge from all the travelling.

Wir waren vom 02.02. bis 04.02. (Zimmer 258) im Hotel, welches gut ausgestattet und logistisch hervorragend in Freiburg liegt. Leider gab es Einiges, was uns dazu bewegt, das Hotel nicht mehr zu buchen: - die Dusche ist leider nicht sauber und im Bodenbereich total verkalkt. Zudem lagen viele tote Ungeziefer (Silberfischchen) herum. - die Begrüßungs-Flasche Wasser war bereits geöffnet und angefangen. Dies wurde am Freitag an der Rezeption zwar reklamiert, allerdings wurde der Umstand leider nicht korrigiert! Die Minibar war leer. - die letzte Müslischale war schmutzig, so dass meine Frau auf einen Teller zurück greifen musste - des Weiteren war am Tag der Abreise ein wahres organisatorisches Durcheinander im Frühstücksbereich. Große Tassen für Milchkaffee fehlten, einige Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, O-Saft war leer und wurde erst nach 3x Info wieder aufgefüllt.

Wir haben das hotel für einen Städtetrip gebucht, die Lage in der Nähe zum Europaplatz und Eingang zur Fußgängerzone ist ideal. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und trotz seiner kleineren Größe mit viel Stauraum. Das Bad könnte sauberer sein, leider an manchen Stellen schon Schimmel. Der Fitnessraum war klein aber fein Abzüge gibt es für den Service beim Check in, wir konnten erst eine Stunde später als angegeben auf unser Zimmer und mussten in der Lobby warten. Kaffee oder Wasser als Entschädigung Fehlanzeige. Auch bekamen wir erst auf erneutes Nachfragen unsere Schlüssel, das Personal kam nicht von selbst auf die Idee uns Bescheid zu geben. Weiterer Minuspunkt: der Parkplatz. Dieser soll 17 Euro pro Tag kosten und man soll seine Autoschlüssel hinterlegen, direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es aber ein Parkhaus - dort kosten 24 Stunden 12 Euro. Fazit: es ist ok und für einen kurzen Trip geeignet.

A charming efficient clean well run Hotel with lovely staff and a amazing breakfast. Bit of a walk from the station but near all of Freiburgs attractions.
I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Freiburg .

Cabine de douche avec moisissures, portes de la douche entartrées (marron), diner médiocre et servi froid. Négligence évidente… Un vert de vin pour s’excuser… et un petit déjeuner remboursé… Pas professionnel du tout. A éviter.
