Sehr schönes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt und die Zimmer bieten viel Platz. Wir werden es wieder buchen, auch wenn die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer nicht einem 5* Hotel entsprach (Staub und Fuseln, welche während unserem Aufenthalt nicht entfernt wurden und bei der Ankunft ein benutztes Badetuch hinter der Türe im Badezimmer.) …. Und trotzdem können wir das Hotel sehr empfehlen, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel!

Tolles Hotel, hoher Qualitätsstandard, erfüllt alle Erwartungen, erstklassiges Personal, erstklassiges Essen in der Zirbelstube, Top Service, sehr sauberes Hotel, Preis-Leistung stimmen absolut. Wir werden das Hotel bei der nächsten Gelegenheit wieder besuchen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Es befindet sich am rande der Altstadt und in der nähe von Oper und Konzerthaus. Das Essen ist hervorragend, Die Atmosphäre, insbesondere in dem Bereich der Falkenstube ist typisch für Freiburg. Die Einrichtung, die aus der traditionsreichen Weinstube „Falken“ aus der Rathausgasse stammt, lässt noch das alte Flair erspüren. Das Schwimmbad ist eine Augenweide, obwohl das Wasser im Winter etwas zu kühl ist. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich bin beim Hotel vorgefahren und wartete einen Moment aber niemand kam um das Gepäck entgegenzunehmen, so musste ich es selber reintragen. Das WLAN ist extrem langsam und fiel immer wieder mal raus. Für den ganzen Aufenthalt von drei Nächten gab es gerade mal eine halbe Flasche Mineralwasser. Der Zimmerservice war gut bis auf die Tatsache, dass der Kellner den Wein einfach öffnete und dann gehen wollte. Ich musste ihn darauf hinweisen, dass ich den Wein schon probieren wollte. Alles in allem war es aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und das Personal an der Reception war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Das Hotel ist sehr nobel und vornehme Einrichtung, das Personal sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichliche Auswahl nach Wunsch auf von der Karte möglich. Das Zimmer sowie das Badezimmer sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem.

Classic design like always, top notch service and food and beverage offerings, great drinks, overall an amazing stay! Can't wait to return again when next time in Europe to get to experience the great service again. Centrally located, convenient, only suggested improvement would be access point placement for guest room internet access.

Magnifique hôtel de luxe très bien situé et proche de la gare et de la vieille ville. Tout fût parfait… Chambre impeccable. Piscine intérieure et wellness… Un accueil chaleureux et un service exceptionnel! J’y retournerai c’est certain!

Jedes Mal wenn ich diese Haus betrete fühle ich mich sehr wohl. Es ist wie heimkommen. Die Familie Burtsche die es führt und Herr Sänger sowie alle Mitarbeiter die das Haus füllen mit Ihrem Geist sind spürbar. Es gibt kaum noch solche ptivatgeführten Grandhotels.
