En voyage de 4 jours avec un bébé nous avons été accueillis très gentiment par toute l'équipe. La chambre 31 était spacieuse avec une baignoire, ainsi qu'une très jolie terrasse. Le personnel nous avait installé un lit parapluie pour notre fils. L'ascenseur est vaste, il est aisé de monter avec une poussette et des valises. C'est très calme et bien insonorisé pour passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil. Bonne surprise : Le restaurant La table de Guillôme est excellent. Très belle carte de vins également. Personnel adorable et charmant aux petits soins. Cadre magnifique, terrasse et piscine très agréable en journée et en soirée, même si la saison était encore trop fraîche pour piquer une tête.

Joli hôtel mais qui devrait faire attention aux petites choses (joints salle de bain, serviettes de toilettes dans les couples toute la journée …) qui font pas très « classe »
La chambre supérieur est spacieuse
Le personnel est fantastique avec une gentillesse inégalée
Et un repas délicieux et le mot est faible

Very nice staff and lovely pool. There was a poolparty we didn't know about Friday afternoon but the staff was really nice about it afterwards. Great locahion by the train station and close to the old town. 30 minutes walk to the port and beach.

Wir waren in früheren Jahren schon mehrmals in dem Hotel und immer sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer jetzt war zwar nicht renoviert und daher altmodisch eingerichtet. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Bett bequem, Bad ziemlich eng. Zwar war es aufgrund der zentralen Lage nicht unbedingt ruhig, nachts konnte man aber trotzdem das Fenster offen lassen ohne das es zu laut war. Frühstück recht einfach, aber mit allem was man braucht. Mitarbeiter durchgängig freundlich und nett. Den Pool konnten wir aufgrund der Reisezeit nicht mehr nutzen, der Garten ist aber eine wunderbare grüne Oase. Gestört hat uns nur der Zigarrettengestank im Bereich vor unserem Zimmer der natürlich auch etwas ins Zimmer zog. Wenn da Gäste geraucht haben kann aber das Hotel dafür ja nichts. Restaurant sehr gut - siehe extra Bewertung.

Au téléphone et pour garantir une réservation l'hôtelier cherche à prendre non seulement le numéro de la CB (pratique en soit déjà contestable) mais aussi le cryptogramme permettant tout bonnement de réaliser des achats sur internet. Cette pratique consistant à douter d'un client potentiel est intolérable. Je déconseille grandement ce genre d'établissement qui doute de la bonne foi de ses clients. Je n'ai jamais vu cela.
