Overall, a good apartment with good furniture. Only the sofas look very worn and the back of one has broken. The sofa cover was not clean and smelled. The refrigerator also smelled and was dirty, leftover food on the stove and a lot of dust. Since there w

Not only are the sofas getting old, but the armrests are literally crumbling. Hot water is available for one shower, the second has to wait for hot water. From 11:00 p.m., the electricity in one area was switched off by a fuse and could not be switched on
