very pleasant stay, perfect room and very quiet hotel, the staff is very kind and helpful. closed underground parking, very close to the city center on foot, quality catering with room service, very complete breakfast. We will come back with pleasure as soon as possible

Was traveling with a group and my room was tiny but fine, but one room for the group we were traveling with had bed bugs. The place just didn't look that clean in the public areas and it wasn't very close to the action. Look elsewhere

Very pleasant and quiet hotel, close to the historic city center on foot and not very far from the sea by car. Top underground parking with direct access to the room. Copious and quality breakfast and restaurant. Friendly and available staff. 24/7 reception, in any case perfect value for money. We will come back as soon as possible.

Major lack of hygiene, staff who enter the room as they please... Deplorable maid, cold manager and not at all smiling and unprofessional. No organization! To flee

While passing through Fréjus, we tested this hotel for the first... and the last time. - The welcome: I think this is the first time in a hotel, that as soon as I arrived at reception to indicate that we had a reservation, the receptionist directly told me the price (usually, he there is a "welcome", information on breakfast time... etc.) and collects the amount straight away without bothering to inform me of anything. I ask for information on the opening hours of the hotel restaurant, and I am told that it is closed. I don't have time to ask what restaurants are nearby (we are on foot and the hotel is poorly served by transport), the receptionist has already moved on to another customer. However, an hour later, we noticed that the restaurant was open. At our request, we were told that it was a group, and that other hotel guests were not accepted (?) - The room: the furnishings are correct and the bathroom too, apart from the shower which is very difficult to adjust. On the other hand, for the location, it is a disaster: close to the very noisy restaurant, the elevator, a door that keeps slamming and a reservation. We ask to change to another room, we are told that it is impossible, because the hotel is full.

Not to mention that you have to add the price of taxis if you want to reach Saint-Raphaël, that quickly adds to the bill . And obviously, no commercial gesture has been proposed to compensate for these numerous inconveniences... Hotel to be avoided.

Only 1 night but we will definitely be back, helpful and friendly staff. Clean and nice room. Excellent parking.

Everything is in the title. While this hotel probably meets the criteria for a 3 star, it is at the bottom of the range in terms of room and bathroom size. Of course friendly, the welcome is minimal. The dining room totally lacks soul. It's as cold as a hospital cafeteria... As for the cleanliness of the room, there is a lot of room for improvement... In short, if this hotel is acceptable for a night of passage, I would not stay there for a vacation...

Clean room but much too small. Bedding too hard. Same cushions. And it's not air conditioning, it's just wind. I didn't sleep very well my 2 nights. The wifi is great and the TV is super big for watching Netflix, it's perfect.
