Dans la confirmation d’*******, je n’avais pas le numéro de réservation à huit lettres. Or, j’avais besoin de ce numéro pour obtenir le code d’entrée à la borne puisque la réception n’ouvrait qu’à 17 h. J’ai donc dû téléphoner à l’hôtel pour obtenir ce code. J’estime qu’******* aurait dû me le donner.

Grand hôtel de centre-ville bien placé près de la gare chambre spacieuse rénové grande salle de bain grande douche de réconfortable grande télévision à une seule chose qui ne veut pas c'est l'odeur des égouts que l'on se dans tout l'hôtel et qui refoule dans les salles de bain mise à part ça tout est très bien et l'accueille est super sympa

Do no ruin your vacations, This hotel is really bad! Dirty, noisy and in a ver bad location. We stayed there but it was very uncomfortable! Do not go there!

a fuir imperativement, le bonhomme de la reception sentait l alcool, il est arrive une dame d un certain age a l allure tre neglige qui sentait aussi l alcool tres fort. bon je suis quand meme monte dans ma chambre pas tre rassure mais tant pis. le comble c' est le matin au petit dejeuner les 2 meme personnes la dame pas changee enfin passons mais ou j ai ete ebahi c' est quand revenant de fumer la dame ne se lave pas les mains et touche les ingredient du petit dejeuner; c' est deplorable.

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous venons dans cet hotel au mois d'Aout pour nos vacances.L 'établissement est très bien situé,proche à pieds des centres-villes de Fréjus, Saint-Raphael et aussi de la plage.De plus vous trouverai tous types de commerces à proximité de l'hotel.L'accueil et l'entretien sont irréprochables,l'équipe et le gérant David Nakach toujours agréables et présents au moindre problème,il suffit tout simplement de demander.Les chambres ont entièrement été rénovées,grand écran de télévision ,nouvelle décoration et peinture,nouveau revétement de sol,mais c'est surtout la salle de bain qui a magnifiquement changé avec à la place de la baignoire une grande et belle douche,le tout avec climatisation bien sur.Bonne continuation.Cordialement.

Premessa doverosa, all’Hotel è stata assegnata la categoria due stelle quindi si attiene agli stessi requisiti igienico sanitari e servizi di quella categoria. Altra osservazione, le foto mostrano l’ esterno dell’ hotel e le zone comuni molto più confortevoli di quello che sono in realtà. L’hotel è collocato vicino al centro di Fréjus, raggiungibile però in auto e alla periferia di Saint-Raphel. E’ dotato di parcheggio gratuito recintato con codice di accesso nelle ore notturne. Prima volta in questo Hotel, la camera, il cui accesso si esegue con un codice e non tramite una carta magnetica, era pulita, silenziosa, ristrutturata, con arredo molto minimale, di dimensioni corrette per gli standard della categoria. Letto comodo, bagno essenziale con doccia con buona pressione dell’acqua e servizi igienici separati non finestrati. Dopo aver eseguito il check-in online, all’arrivo si deve digitare su un monitor davanti alla porta di accesso il numero della prenotazione, dopodiché viene fornito il numero della stanza e il codice per accedere all’Hotel e alla stanza prenotata. Per accedere alla stanza nei piani più alti si devono usare due ascensori, uno che porta al piano dove si trova la reception e l’altro al piano della stanza. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono. Consigliato per un soggiorno breve.

Deux jours avant notre séjour, nous avons reçu un email indiquant l'annulation de la réservation de notre chambre familiale parce que soi-disant le mode de paiement (Visa en règle parfaitement encodé sur l'application au moment de la réservation) n'était pas valablement reconnu (problème jamais rencontré). Nous sommes une famille avec plusieurs jeunes enfants. On appelle le matin même l'hôtel (numéro uniquement payant !) et on nous reproche presque d'avoir fait la réservation via l'application officielle Accor vers laquelle une personne de la réception nous avait explicitement renvoyé pour la réservation au moment où nous nous étions renseignés il y a plusieurs mois (et puis même, c'est l'app officielle, si cela génère un problème de réservation, c'est incroyable q!!!). La personne à la réception nous dit le lendemain matin que notre chambre familiale réservée n'est déjà plus disponible !!! Elle s'est montrée désagréable et incompétente tout au long de l'échange. Un pur scandale, jamais eu une expérience pareille.
