Nice room fully equipped with everything I need from the kitchen, toilet and room. It is spaciou and comfy. However, it would have been better if extra towels were given the first time I asked for it. I asked for it at the reception in the morning , then called for them to give us in the evening (somehow was asked to go to the reception to request again) and finally got it when I went to the reception in the late evening.

Stay was good, although not a king sized bed but two singles joined together. Location great for Fremantle - close to ferry to Rotness, markets and station. Good bar and restaurant choice

The room was spacious, although the overall design felt a little dated. It was well equipped with plenty of in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the luggage storage. We arrived a few hours before check-in and asked the staff to store our luggage while we went out. Instead of placing it somewhere secure, our bags were simply left in the hallway. In my experience, other hotels usually tag luggage and store it properly in a designated secure area. For a hotel at this level, I expected a more professional and secure approach to handling guests’ belongings. Unfortunately, this part of the experience was quite disappointing.

Conveniently located, friendly and caring staff, well equipped kitchen.

Superb location, just across from Fremantle Train Station. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with fully equipped kitchenware and plenty of space for our luggage. It’s also within walking distance to many tourist attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to book here again. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. Two things that really stood out were the heater and air conditioning—they both worked perfectly and were easy to control, which made for a very comfortable stay no matter the weather. The water pressure in the shower was excellent—a small thing that makes a big difference! The location is a major plus. It's situated in a great area within easy walking distance of many fantastic cafes and restaurants. While I didn't have a chance to use them myself, I also noticed they offer guest laundry facilities and bicycles available for use, which are great amenities to have available. Overall, a wonderful, hassle-free experience. Great value for the quality and location
