Rooms werent as clean as they should have been. The remodel also showed in a lot of areas and could have been done better. Other than that, it was a grest stay and the staff was always extremely helpful

Overall the stay was great. Breakfast on Sunday was a little chaotic as there was a group of kids running around. But that is not on the staff - that is on those parents

Nice and clean room, but for some reason I was given an accessible room, which meant there was no regular shower, but the one equipped to accommodate a wheelchair - not a huge deal for a one-night stay, but an inconvenience and annoyance. Another annoyance - I left a "do not disturb" sign on my door, by the maid still came knocking loudly and yelling "service".

It’s a nice hotel with big rooms but it’s showing the wear and tear. The hallway carpet is in need of replacing.

The staff wore tshirts and sweats. They were unkempt looking and nothing distinguished them from us.
Our bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the doors and light switches were filthy.
Best part: breakfast. Good selection and my daughter loved the chocolate waffles!
